i saw all four of the tennis-tubbies today! i saw darran (alter ego: tinky winky) at kallang macdonalds, marvin (my brother; alter ego: dipsy) at home (actually, practically every day!), marcus (alter ego: dipsy) at occ and bryson (alter ego: po) at kallang tennis centre! this is very memorable because i've never seen them four in one day before. aww. so cute! my mother suggested that they should take a group picture during the upcoming occ junior tennis tournament, which i would disappointingly be absent as i would be in spain. ):

i saw BLLHJ today, walking in his classic bouncing momentum, decked in acsbr uniform, at kallang tennis centre! he was there for his third round match, which he obviously won! i saw his lovely little brother, bllzj, at the refreshment kiosk! he smiled at us! (: that reminded me that bllhj also smiled at us when we were having lunch at kallang kfc. hmm, he was dining on a table which was around a meter away from ours. so we technically had lunch with him! yayness!
BLLZJ IS DAMN DAMN DAMN CUTE! BLLHJ IS DAMN DAMN DAMN GOOD LOOKING AND CUTE! CASSY TOTALLY MISSED OUT! (ps: i am NOT a paedophile!)

mandy was totally checked out by her admirer who is 15 but is in sec 1. he is from myanmar. he was playing against 'my property'. FYI, i think MY PROPERTY is GOOD LOOKING! but mandy begged desperately to defer. she commented that he is nerdy. granted, his socks were embarrassingly high. but i guess he is so NOT a nerd. he is just brainy!
to mandy: he appeared to be ostensibly nerdy because of your property, aka the high adidas socks. i am sure deep inside, he is the cool acsi tennis pro. call me delusional, i don't care!

after driving around for too long, i suppose an adventure on the bus would be great fun! for my frequent car passenger sister, mandy, and i. AN HOUR bus ride from bishan interchange to UPPER EAST COAST ROAD is so fun! calysta and cassandra came along with the intention to "do homework". but of course, you cannot expect cassy to do what she intended. she was complaining about being bored and hungry, but refused vehemently to touch on her holiday homework (on a totally different note, i think 'holiday homework' is an oxy-moron). FYI, she completed only ONE question!

after having lunch at pizza hut (the siglap outlet is really chill and highly recommended for a hearty cheap meal), we "did our homework" at starbucks. i am reading "tuesdays with morrie" by mitch albom (mandy is suppose to do a book review, and therefore i am reading on her behalf). a queer middle-aged man was asking mandy which school she is from and going on about how his "wife and aunty" are ex-cedarians. he also snapped at cassy ("don't watch! do your homework!") when cassy looked at him while slacking.

however, that didn't end our strange encounters of the day. while riding the bus home from siglap, when the bus was at geylang, a china-looking man sat right next to mandy at the back most seats of the bus. he had LONG NOSE HAIR, FRIZZY BALDING HAIR and FUGLY LOOKS! his legs were touching mandy's. gross! he turned his head and place it at very close proximity to mandy's too! when mandy turned towards his direction, his face was right in front of hers. she was flabbergasted! he said, "i just wanna talk to you!". we were all FREAKED OUT! he then went on to ask nonsensical and psychotic, even perverse, questions like, "who amongst us is the most bubbly?"; "who amongst you can make a guy do something foolish?"; "don't you think she (calysta) looks like zhang zi yi?"; "why can't you local chinese girls speak chinese?". we couldn't take it anymore and alighted the bus to avoid him, with fear that he might follow suit. thank God, he did not. we would have screamed our lungs out. trust me, our hearts were in our mouths throughout the time when he was chatting up with mandy. strangely, he only talked to mandy! before we alighted, he patted on calysta's shoulder, but she ignored. so he tapped on mandy, and said, "just wanna say bye!". mandy just gave that uninterested 'whatever' look at him, before scurrying down the bus.

that journey was totally FREAKEZOID! mandy deserves credits for coining that word, and CRAPEZOID! coolness! now, add '-ness' to positive adjectives and you'll become a full-fledge bimbo like mandy! for example, 'cute' becomes 'cuteness'.

too bad that cassy couldn't come. i bet she wanted to zoom to kallang tennis centre as fast as she could after her 'family day' carnival. aww.

currently, mandy and mornique are also infatuated with bllhj! tsk, snatching the boyfriend of cassy away! so nasty.

before anything else, i just want to say that the da vinci code movie really doesn't do the book justice. and i have to clear the air: i am a christian and i read the book and watched the movie purely for entertainment purposes. the movie isn't really fantastic. oh, and they removed the part when robert langdon and sophie nevue visited king's college london! my college! darn! mandy successfully sneaked into the cinema without even being checked. this only goes to show how much older than her age she looks.

i want to extend my warm love to CHRISTABEL REENA DAVID!!! she is my oxygen tank! i realise that a lot of things have been bugging her and putting her down recently, causing her to be extremely upset. i hope i can help, and i promise i will try my darnest. (((:

the junior spex tennis tournament is coming soon! at least there's going to be some excitment in my life. tennis tournaments all day long! hopefully the whole bo-law club can get together to watch a few matches. it'll be fun!

this is such a cheap post. but seriously, there isn't anything much to blog about. life, currently, is boring as it is. can't wait for june holidays!

omg, i so need to apologise for being totahlee bimbotic here. this is due to my recent reading of shalom's blog. and i tell you, she is uber bimbotic. like, totahlee. so i kind of rubbed some off her.

right, diving straight in. firing away!

it is another long weekend! hurray! and the bo-law club wasted no time to meet up! of course, christabel was missed. aww. so yes, praise the LORD for vesak day public holiday and mother's day! oh, of course, not forgetting, cassandra and calysta ended their mid-years! so we had more time to prepare the presents for our mothers!

on wednesday, mandy and i spent hours at compass point, waiting for cassandra and do up the scrapbook! when casssandra finally had time for us, we drove straight to SIGLAP! my current favourite hang-out! and i blardy got myself my very FIRST SUMMON for not putting up parking coupons! like, duh! the other time, i put and no one showed up! this time, i didn't put, and it seemed like i was the ONLY car that got booked! crap de doodle! we went to pop by THE BAYSHORE! i am sure cassy was DELIGHTED!!!!

on thursday, calysta ended her mid-years! so we hanged-out at HOLLAND VILLAGE! stupid calys and cassy were bugging to eat NASI LEMAK! there is no famous nasi lemak in holland village. got cheated by the drama serial, dears! we bummed around at essential brews! kala was working there! yayness! she gave us a 10% discount. woohoo! and we saw this stupid slut who kept taking pictures of herself, and acting cute. and she unbuttoned her shirt so as to show her striking blue bra! eww. after that, we went to starbucks and suddenly, something struck us! we begged and convinced mandy to visit michael and give him a cookie for encouragement-to-study sake! she relented after a very long time. so michael had ought to thank calysta, cassandra, mornique and i for that! while buying the cookie, cassy went to wave at a caucasian woman. and gasp! that woman commented that cassy is "CUTE AND FRIENDLY"! omg, like so not!
okay right, so after paying for some monster chocolate fudge cookie, we zoom-ed to sian tuan avenue! and blardy hell! mike had to be having dinner. so we waited a damn long time in the car. cassy was screaming like mad! as per usual. i mean, like, she's always like that! so we waited painfully, and mike appeared! it took him really fast! i bet he like totahlee ran out of his house! yah, so mandy went to meet him. they were talking about, disappointingly, his neighbours! like, waadddd-eeehhh-vaaaahhhh! what an anti-climax! so totahlee pooped! nevermind, the worst thing was that cassy was screaming, again, in my car! she screamed, in her very horrible mandarin, "ni men an jing! wo bu ke yi ting!" (which means, "shut up! i can't hear!"), when she was the only one making noise! errr, shuddup cassy! she seriously has noise-management issues! yep, that is the highlight of thursday!

today we had lunch together at jack's place! and we sang, very out-of-tune-ly, at party world safra yishun! obviously, we photowhored! the moms were given their presents! mommy got a scrapbook, made up of our pictures, the bo-law club history, and love notes! aunt caren got a "the bo-law loves me" t-shirt which we designed and a certificate for being a good mom! grandmom got a bottle of stars (which mandy, cassy and i folded till we saw stars at *gasp* STARbucks siglap) and an envelope full of notes from us! we are so sweet. yea, we know, right? (:

big news! christabel has pulled a 'shalom'! brandon and christabel are getting married at brmc next monday, right after his principle of accounts paper! bradley and cassandra are getting married on the same day too! calysta, mornique, mandy, michael, kl and i are bridesmaids and bridesgrooms! christabel is going to wear a gown that is a combination of a tennis top and a shuttlecock-esque bottom. cassandra is going to wear a mermaid-esque gown with seashells, fish scales and all. proudly designed by the bo-law club. they will be honeymoon-ing in london (to visit the pretty grass courts of wimbledon), paris (roland garos clay courts) and zurich (mandy arranged a homely stay at mike's relatives' place). mornique is the tour-guide! the rest of us will just be companions, WILLINGLY! we'll be travelling in a private jet and staying in luxurious deluxe suites. we'll be having a bo-law room too! so that we can gossip and update each other! yayness!

let me commence by doing what both gracemary (: (i didn't forget the smiley this time!) and christabel did: my party was a blast! yay!

first of all, i want to thank nique-key for organsing this party. without her, i guess the party wouldn't have turned out the way it did. all the games were put together by her! a big 'muacks' to her!
secondly, kudos to mandy for being such a great art director. all the decorations were very much supervised and put up by her! she was the one who coordinated everything during the preparation period.
thirdly, i need to thank my parents for burning big holes in their pockets for this! i think i spent around seven hundred odd dollars. really horrible of me! and the ben and jerry's cake was delicious!
last but not least, thanks to everyone who came for the party and rocked it. without them, there won't be a party to begin with.

oh, and i need to mention this: i am not a bad driver. i am a fantastic one, without sarcasms intended. the incident in which christabel almost flew out of her seat was really a mishap. this kind of incident is totally rare. just ask mandy, who is one of my most frequent passenger! (:

the guests, most of them at least, turned up decked in school uniforms! that was the party theme. it was so pretty to see a myriad of colours in the house. flouting the school rules was the main agenda. belts were kept way below waist level; big ear rings; colourful slippers (of course, christabel embarrassingly came in shoes!). i was in mgs uniform! and i really like the uniform, because it is so comfortable! mandy and cassandra looked so cute in chij uniform. gracemary (: was a pl-lite. jesiska came in polka-dotted st margaret's dress. christabel and calysta pranced around as cedarians. nique, brandon, eileen, samantha, joanna and karen were saints! my tweenie, mitch, looked so pretty in her tkgs uniform. wanshan wore eileen's ajc uniform. marvin and gordon are loyal marists! caleb stayed true to his canberra roots! yep, so picture perfect!

despite not being picked at all for 'just do it', christabel was sabotaged on stage so many times. she had to do the richard gere visa card advertisement with mandy, 'my humps' dance with gracemary (: and chicken dance with aunt caren.

the most shocking thing which happened during the party was christabel being crowned the 'school bella'. she is miss school bella? that's like so totahlee wrong! i should be the rightful winner! haha.

all the different speeches made by the different cliques were very touching. the bo-law club did a re-enactment of a scene in local movie 'i do, i do' (the part about the push-up bra)! all of them had to embarrass themselves in front of so many people. thumbs up! the cfc girls expressed their love for me! aww. the sajc and smu cliques brought back a lot of nostalgia. i love all these people!

if only i could turn back time. once again, thanks for making 6th may 2006 so special.

i have dwelled on this planet for two decades. hitting the big two-zero is depressing. thankfully, i enjoyed my day at siglap with my babylicious sister, mandy! she is a campus superstar! when she walked into starbucks, i caught one whole group of guys looking at her. well, maybe it was because it is not common to sight a cedarian in siglap. seven guys checked her out today! anyway, i am her manager! a popular girl like her needs someone to manage her life. (:

she caused an embarrassing scene at kap macdonald's drive-through. those slippery fingers caused her to drop an entire box of bretzels onto my car seat. the result of her putting back as many clean bretzels she could find is bretzels towering above the brim of the box. the macdonald's staff were all staring and asking what that lump of brown stuff was.

mandy and i are new siglap converts. siglap shall be our new hang-out. yay. i love the german restaurant, werner's. we photowhored a little bit today. oh, and we saw a guy who was studying sub-history at starbucks. he looked like a hybrid of brandon mftp and edwin! mandy and i were laughing our heads off. i satisfied my craving for cinnamon bagel today! very delighted.

evidently, i have an unexplainable obsession with cinnamon. cinnamon ice-blended from the coffee bean gives me the caffeine dosage with extra euphoria i can never reject.
