happy valentine's day to everyone!! spread the love, and hope everyone enjoyed today. and yes, as stated in the quote, love is blind. so, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. not everyone shares your view of whether a person is good looking or not. that's the power of love. and 'the trouble with love is that it can tear you up inside, make your heart believe all lies and it's stronger than your pride'. (taken from kelly clarkson's 'the trouble with love') nonetheless, being loved is such a wonderful feeling. so, everyone, take this special day to reaffirm your love for that special someone. be sweet, be nice.

although it was just a few hours spent at suntect with liang yi, but that's enough. she's so nice. i love her lots, but i am in no way a homosexual. i love boys, a lot, thank you. liang yi is definitely the friend sir william shakespeare described in the above quote. i would like to also take this friendship week to make a tribute to all the special people in my life:
1. God - His unconditional love and the big sacrifice He made truly touched me. I love Him lots!!
2. my mum/dad - they rock! need i say more?
3. my siblings - mornique, mandy and yi song are just about the best sibs you can ever ask for.
4. liang yi - definitely one friend that i would cherish forever.
5. karen - oooh! she'd better stay as she is, just as innocent and nice and lovable as always. great buddy of mine.
6. joanna ang/neptina/gloria/jasmine/guo yan - no doubt the group of people that make my life in sajc fun!
7. jennifer/cynthia/canice/felicia/dinah/joanna aw - accompanied me through my secondary school years. those days when we would go round the island searching for good food will always be stuck in my mind.
8. priyaa/pearline/siti - the foursome we make up. always perk me up whenever i am down. thanks mates!
9. 03s54 - this funky funky class owns a very special place in my heart, and a stable one too. 03s54 rocks!!!
10. brandon/gordon/kenneth/jun yi/kelvin/joanna ng/ning wee - my lovely cousins who make chinese new year one of the best holidays to look forward to.
11. sarah/elaine/lynette/nat wl/glenn/johnson - all these ats people make me feel a sense of nostalgia whenever i chat with them or meet them.
12. chole/clarissa/kyna/wen yi - the four out of the gang of five make me feel young and lively whenever they are around. they definitely bring the house down whenever they pop by my place. may the friendship of the gang of five live forever.
13. aunt dorcas/aunt kah ee - always giving me good advices and bringing my siblings and i out. they are the best buds of my mum, also the best family friends we've got. also, to add, they are the mummies of chloe and wen yi respectively.
14. 4 truth 2002 - it rocks doesn't it? i hope to see them again soon. a reunion i suppose? i really miss them, especially junie, serene, mery, nyuk khim, lisa, shimon, daryl and those i talk to online.
15. saints - especially jun jie, peter, kerjin and my other eye candies. haha. they make going to school not such a bad thing after all. -winks-
16. petrina - she's my sausy-kl-informant. a fun-loving, lively, smart gal who make me log-in to friendster frequently even though it lags, a lot. haha. i'll be seeing her next week at acjc fun-o-rama and hcjc dramafest. rock on gal! and i wanna thank her for everything!
17. kl - his influence is great! a dilemma i am in now because now i am not sure if i should go on and work for a science degree or an arts degree in the university. he's making me all arty farty. sigh. a great eye candy who's smart, handsome, sporty etc. -dreams on-
18. aunt karen/cassandra/calysta/caleb/uncle pat - although i don't get to see them often, but their frequent sms keeps us in contact. i truly miss them lots.
