ms wong enlightened us that the biological term for layman's 'water bag' is amniotic fluid. the foetus is able to move about in this fluid. this led to an intelligent exclamation from siti: we are all born swimmers!
i abhor biology. i still remember what ms jillian lee, my favourite teacher who tutors my favourite subject - gp, taught us today. when tackling the vocabulary section of the gp comprehension, the degree of the word must be noted. in this case, 'abhor' is a more extreme degree compared to 'dislike'. that explains my great animosity towards biology. i find myself sitting through tutorials, not knowing a single thing ms wong is rambling. she seems to be speaking some language i cannot comprehend. therefore i conclude that one mustn't do biology if one doesn't want to:
1. pay a fortune for a whole stack of redundant notes
2. waste brain space remembering stupid names like 'corona radiata' and the like
3. think through the whole microbiological process during copulation
4. be a stupid teacher who always pms-es
