they are all part of this plan,
to provide help to thailand.

according to iskandar, hawk company is a welfare company filled with smart and rich boys. they get better treatment. i guess the government is protecting singapore's future leaders. the brains - our only resource! plus, rear-admiral teo chee hean's son is in hawk.
