yesterday, i set foot on waterloo bridge, lifted my head higher and got my eye line adjacent to the london eye. i was reminded once again that i am in london. i just stood there, rooted to the ground and admired the beautiful sight right before my eyes. the huge london eye along the thames river, and westminster parliament houses slightly to the right of this picture. then, i told myself how lucky i am to be able to be educated in a place thousands of people yearn to visit.
yesterday, i posted a question which stumped my public law tutor. he said that he would check it up and get back to me again the next tutorial. i am so very proud of this small little accolade.
yesterday, i realised that there is a singaporean restaurant called 'shiok' near my place. then, i am reminded of my perpetual craving for chicken rice, popiah, fishball kway teow, island creamery and old chang kee, just to name a few. a new addition to my non-exhaustive list: bengawan solo kueh.
yesterday, once more.
