actually, i don't have much to say. i just am in the mood to blog after reading many other people's and i thought, "hmm, my blog looks so empty, desolated and lackluster in comparison!" so i decided to just do something about this.
so CNY is round the corner! once again i'm spending it in chilly london, instead of humid singapore. all the red packets i've missed out on! i should totally marry 3 years later than all those who didn't study overseas to recoup my losses. hahah.
anyway, speaking of marriage, over yummy diced chicken with steamed rice, served with runny egg ("wah dan kai fan" or whatever it's called, i'm not cantonese so pardon me), the random topic of army officers and sword weddings came about. i have no idea why! but yes, we did have a brief mention of that. and i came home, bearing that thought in mind. now i'm thinking, it IS really cool to have a sword wedding! i mean, yes i want a nice church wedding. but then, a sword wedding is really nice too! the groom wouldn't be in a boring suit but his uniform. waaahhh, how manly is that! hahah. imagine, a groom dressed in uniform, walking down the aisle, and the guests sitting on the pews admiring this gallant knight who is willing to take a huge step towards commitment. awwww! i love weddings! :)
diana is going to marry her chef, mr curly wurly mustache of the little mermaid, and have a "knife" wedding. hahahah.
AHHH. so cute! my sister, nique-key, and my dog, louie bouie! hahah. he looks so much like a plush toy. as i've said, he is NOT like a typical poodle. hmph! cutieeeeee!
AHHH. i miss home!
on a brighter note, i've annihilated my family essay! i totally didn't reach the word limit, but who cares. now i can say "three down, one to go".
